We want you to be delighted with your Emma Bridgewater pottery, but if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund. Please ensure all items are returned in their original packaging and in a resalable condition.

Locate the returns form included in your original delivery and fill out the details for the items you wish to send back, including the reason for return.

Pack Your Pottery Securely

Carefully wrap your items—ideally in their original boxes—to prevent breakage during transit, and include the completed returns form inside the parcel.

Generate a Shipping Label

Visit our online returns portal to create and print your prepaid Royal Mail or courier label, then affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

Drop Off and Track

Take your parcel to the nearest post office or designated drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
