Where is Emma Bridgewater pottery made?

All our cream-colored earthenware is handmade and hand-decorated in our factory in Stoke-on-Trent, the heart of British pottery.

Is your pottery dishwasher and microwave safe?

Yes, our pottery is dishwasher safe; however, we recommend washing on a low temperature with liquid detergent. We do not recommend use in the microwave as it can cause the glaze to craze.

What are your UK delivery options?

We offer Standard Delivery within 3-5 working days, as well as Next Day Delivery for orders placed before 2pm. Free standard delivery is available on orders over a certain threshold.

Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Absolutely. You can return any unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of receipt for a full refund, excluding personalized pieces.

Do you offer a personalization service?

Yes, many of our iconic patterns can be personalized with a name or message. These items are hand-painted to order and take a little longer to dispatch.

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

While we pack our ceramics with great care, accidents can happen. Please contact our customer service team within 7 days with a photo of the damaged item to arrange a replacement.
